The Northville Township Board of Trustees have decreased taxes and water and sewer rates, eliminated the 1% administrative fee on property tax bills. The also increased the township’s bond rating to AAA.
Which has lowered borrowing expenses on bonds obtained to demolish dozens of buildings at the former Psychiatric Hospital site. and to build the new Essential Services Complex. Not to mention being named a top workplace by the Detroit Free Press.
